FREE MINI-YOGA CLASS

Jessica Berger, a Registered Nurse and Registered Yoga Teacher, will be presenting a free mini-yoga class on Wednesday, August 11th at 11:15 a.m. in room 101 in the Williamsburg Town Offices, 141 Main Street in Haydenville. Jessica is doing this so people can get a good idea of what to expect when she begins a class here at the COA in October. The class, which is open to adults of all ages, is in the works for Tuesday evenings from 7 pm-8pm. So plan to come on August 11th to learn about the health benefits of yoga.
