Local Artist Displays

The Hilltown Community Health Center located in Worthington and Huntington will once again be displaying the works of local artists and crafts people at both health center locations.  each artistic installation will be in place for one month at a time, and the artists' works will be available for sale.  Each new installation will be ushered in with an evening wine and cheese. If you are a local artist and wish to have your work displayed, please contact Vicki Fisk at 413-238-4118.

HEALTH CENTERS GROWTH CONTINUES

The Huntington Health Center (Hilltown Community Health Centers) has outgrown its current building space at 73 Russell Road.  The Health Center is hoping to begin construction next spring of a 1000 square foot expansion that will double the number of exam rooms.  Obtaining funding for the expansion has been going on for some time and will be expanded in the near future. 

As a result of having outgrown the current space, prospective new medical patients who request primary care services in Huntington are being urged to select a primary care provider at the Worthington location.  The Huntington Health Center has three physicians and one nurse practitioner, and the Worthington Health Center has four physicians and one nurse practitioner.   In addition to medical care, the health centers provide dental and behavioral health care as well in both locations.

DENTAL HOURS EXPANDED 

Responding to the needs of the community, the Hilltown Community Health Centers will kick off its expanded dental hours on Saturday, July 9^th at its Worthington Health Center site. The two Community Health Center facilities, the Worthington Health Center at 58 Old North Road and the Huntington Health Center at 73 Russell Road, will alternate Saturdays, opening the dental offices between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. to accommodate patients whose schedules make weekday appointments difficult. 

Current patients and new clients are welcome to take advantage of these new convenient hours.  To schedule an appointment for the new Saturday hours (or for any weekday time), patients should call 413-238-5511 or 413-667-3009.  Appointments for both sites can be scheduled through either number.
